365 Project: 01/04/2011

We had about a thousand pounds of ham left over from the holidays. Therefore, it was necessary that I make Ham and Cheese Rigatoni. If I ate another Ham and Cheese sandwich, I think I'd die. Adding butter, milk, pasta, and more cheese solved the problem. Yum-O! :)
